About Sam Newby
I am an IT professional who is passionate about technology and the ways it accelerates business growth. I enjoy the challenge of solving technological problems and improving company IT processes and workflows to make IT more lean and efficient. I believe IT should be adapted to a business’s unique needs and therefore do not believe in a “one size fits all” approach. When designing IT systems my philosophy is to create a system that is as simple as it can be but still get the job done well. In other words, I strive to never “over-engineer” a system. One of my key character qualities is loyalty, something that touches every area of my life including my professional work. If a company treats me with respect and I feel valued and fairly compensated for my work I am fully committed to my job and will strive to put in whatever time and effort is needed to help the company succeed. I enjoy the diversity of experiences the IT field has to offer and am looking forward to growing my knowledge over the next decade.
