ABOUT SAMUEL NAM
Samuel is a quality professional with 25 years of experience leading drug development from discovery to commercial launch in small molecule, biologic and ADC modalities. He is currently QA lead of the Enzomenib menin inhibitor and SMP-3124 CHK1 inhibitor programs at Sumitomo Pharma. Previously, he managed product disposition at Takeda, Shire and Pfizer, and led the discovery of Indusatumab vedotin at Millennium Pharmaceuticals. His team also established the cell based potency and HCP impurity assays for Entyvio (vedolizumab). Samuel began his career at Organogenesis developing the cellular skin substitute Apligraf, and PharmaMar where he characterized Yondelis and Aplidin for IND submissions. He earned a BSc at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and lives in the Merrimack Valley north of Boston.
