Sara is a Senior Program Manager for NVIDIA. As NVIDIA is growing rapidly, Sara consults with engineering, HRBP, and recruiting leadership to scale inclusively. She approaches her role as a facilitator for decisions, consulting with the hiring leaders and teams on how to grow by augmenting their team\'s strengths and skills.
