As a Researcher I am trained in the area of computational chemistry and my expertise lies in solving complex problems of drug design using CADD, molecular modelling and molecular dynamic simulation and With years of experience in Pharma/Life Science/BioTech R&D as a Principal Investigator, I have led numerous drug design projects and successfully delivered many lead molecules and optimized leads using the above methods and Throughout the research career, I routinely performed Virtual Screening for HIT generation, de novo design, and scaffold hopping to generate novel LEAD molecules (IP generation), LEAD Optimization and Drug Repurposing using SBDD, LBDD, FBDD, docking, pharmacophore modeling, homology modeling, and focused library We always work as a team. Our team is dedicated to using the latest technologies and methods to drive innovation and achieve breakthroughs in drug As a CADD Scientist, I have exposure in using advanced technologies like Deep Learning and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to accelerate the drug discovery process. With the availability of vast amounts of experimental data, co-crystal structures, and computational methods, these technologies have become essential tools in designing safe and effective I worked as an adviser and mentor for sometime, providing guidance on molecule design processes and recommending appropriate methods and algorithms for different drug design projects based on various starting points and available prior-art input I am skilled in integrating complex activities to enhance productivity and facilitate informed decision-making.
