I believe in making a positive impact in any role I play in life on the professional and personal front. I am glad to say that I have been able to do this in all roles that I did so far. I consider it a privilege to be a HR professional as this domain provides me with many opportunities to do good for the business and its people. I feel blessed to have started my career as an Army officer and serve the nation for 5 years. I have worked with people from diverse backgrounds from the entire length & breadth of the nation. After my Army stint, I made a conscious choice to work in HR domain where I can leverage my passion and expertise in working with people.
