I’m the CEO & Co-Founder of Planby Technologies, where we build AI solutions for architecture and real estate — helping architects, and CRE professionals visualize and market spaces instantly with AI-rendered designs. At Planby, I lead business strategy, investor relations, enterprise partnerships, and AI product development, bridging both technical and commercial domains. Our core platform automates architectural visualization and design proposal generation, and we also provide custom AI solutions for enterprise clients across the U.S, and Korea. Since founding Planby, we’ve raised investment from 500 Global and secured over $400K in enterprise contracts with major developers and construction firms, driving measurable ROI in marketing and project acquisition. I studied Electrical Engineering and Business & Technology Management at KAIST, focusing on AI, data mining, and business modeling. Before founding Planby, I worked as a backend engineer and AI mentor, blending technical expertise with strategic insight into scalable product ecosystems. Currently active between Palo Alto, Cupertino, Seoul, and Daejeon, I’m passionate about redefining how design, AI, and business strategy converge.
