El Callao is a B2B Banking Service company that provides interoperability for banks across Latin America (more than 8 countries) now expanding their operations to Canada and some Asian Countries. They were the first company to introduce a digital wallet in Latin America (Monero) and now seek to innovate in connecting business with banks using their platform called ABL as part of an American Express partnership.As part of the Product team, my responsibility is to apply a UX Framework to analyze, propose, develop, and deliver new functionalities that are in line with the business need and existing resources. I also work on improving existing features and attending to platform maintenance when needed.1. Review the current state of the product, document and present opportunities and issues to product owners, technical leaders, and PMs.2. Participate in daily meetings, planning, and technical reviews, as well as acting as a \"bridge\" between technical and non-technical teams.3. Propose new functionalities and user flows, as well as fixing and improving existing ones.4. Design and develop a scalable design system for a coherent visual language across the platform.5. Develop, test, and deploy front-end code to staging and production environments, while working with back-end and DevOps to ensure all features are ready for the final user.6. Review metrics and iterate on the proposals to meet all requirements.
