   Hello,Being a Product Designer I am inclined more towards product innovation and research,enhancing user experience and to design and develop a product which solves a problem in simplest and best possible way With the core of mechanical engineering traits, i always see designs. aesthetically, functionally and technically. Product design,Transportation styling & designing activates my senses.For me design is the continuous process to identify the problems,analyze the root cause behind, doing user centered research and to solve it by constructing creative & feasible ideas into practices.Design for me is an outcome of heart\'s desires.Responsible for product research & conceptualization, ideation, design & development and team & multiple department management during entire manufacturing process for 2 Wheeler & 3 Wheeler Chassis, HVAC Product designs, JIG & Fixture solutions & restroom solutions.JOB RESPONSIBILITY- • Define and developing of new range of products (New Product development as per yearly product development calendar) • Monitor & Improving in existing product range. • Manufacturing ability of the new product range (Starting from conceptualization to product launch) • Shortlisting of vendor for NPD (Support function to sourcing) • To ensure cost effectiveness of the product based on VA/VE • Working to ensure design quality of products. • Regularly training to sales team for better understanding of new & existing products. • To provide brief and technical specs to ad agency so that collateral are made. • Responsible for development of new Product according to market strategies and design team. • Responsible for Tools costing & Development Activity. • 100% manufacturing drawing checking & Projects related activity. • Handling customer complaints & requirements according to our Products. • Responsible for vendor audit for new product development.
