Working in the field of Mechanical engineering, proficient in execution of mechanical i.e. Fire Fighting, Plumbing services, Lifts & HVAC.• Monitoring the contractor’s work progresses, checking the quality of work as per specification and approved drawings.• Checking of drawings and independently handling the site execution of mechanical work.• Co-ordination with consultant and vendors for design approval/ modifications as required at site.• Co-ordination with other departments (viz. electrical, civil) for smooth execution of project to avoid delay and rework at site.• Carrying out execution of work as per drawing specification BOQ & workorder.• Review material specifications and other relevant documents in accordance with standards and specifications for the project.• Checking of bills as per measurement.
