Developed StreamSets pipelines to hydrate Data Lake, getting data from various on-prem sources like Oracle, Netezza, SQL Server and Hive using in-house framework developed in Python, Unix and using Sqoop, Hive and Pyspark ingestion processes.• Work with downstream partners and DGO team to ensure that all the data being transferred adheres to Humana/DGO standards• Took up an innovation task to create a python script to check for record count deviation of successful table refreshes. This gave the org actionable intelligence on any tables having unexpected discrepancies in record count.• Developed process to automate spec generation of tables between source and target. Using Python, Unix the process could compare schema of a given table between source and target, to help minimize time spent in ensuring data type conversions across platforms• Helped develop and refine a PowerBI dashboard built to share pipeline and data transfer updates with the product teams• Proactively engage with TDA, HVDS, ECOM, Stars teams (Humana business partners) to ensure fulfillment of SLAs and address issues when they arise.• Carry out integration testing, root cause analysis and come up with a fix to the issue at hand• Developed components for automation suite currently used by CDF and can be used in any data migration effort• Created onboarding documents and conducted sessions for more than 15 new CDF team members.
