As a Technical Lead at L&T Technology Services, I am responsible for project estimation, customer interaction, specification freezing, and PKT assessment for global clients in the automotive domain. I ensure the quality and correctness of the deliverables by performing periodic reviews and applying the ASPICE standards. I also train and mentor the project team on the process awareness as per ASPICE 3.1 VDA and work on resolving customer issues.I have 7.5 years of experience in Quality Management Systems and Information Security Management Systems, having worked as a Senior Consultant at Oracle India and a Senior Executive at Allianz Technology. I have conducted audits, risk assessments, and process reviews across multiple domains and projects, and facilitated the implementation and improvement of QMS and ISMS. I have also published reports, dashboards, and metrics for the top management and ensured the compliance and adherence of the processes.
