   I am working as an assitant manager in the AEM publishing department, my job responsibilities include-• Manage and validate the AEM authoring/ publishing requests through Jira and assign them based on the priority.• Manage and maintain the digital assets through AEM DAM.• Coordinate with the stakeholders and discuss the scope and template limitations for each request.• Create new pages or modify existing pages or components through AEM/CQ 6.1 touch UI.• Customize and update forms based on stakeholder requirements and component specifications. • Finalize the template, components, and page layout based on the component specifications and functionalities. • Coordinate with the authors and QA resources to make sure that the pages are published properly and as per the requirements. • Proofread the contents before publishing and make sure its readability is on par with the requirements. • Use external tools such as Siteimprove, and acrolynx to validate the performance of pages and contents. • Manage the stakeholders’ meetings, requirements, and maintain effective communication.• Create and manage tasks in Jira based the client requirements and validated plan.
