As a Process Auditor overseeing the Ice Cream, Chocolate, Cone, and Paste Processing divisions across Redhills, Salem, and Hyderabad plants, I ensure all operations comply with HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards while driving continuous process improvement. My responsibilities include verifying SAP and actual production data, monitoring overall process efficiency, and conducting wastage and reuse studies to reduce losses and enhance resource utilization.I focus on optimizing CIP system performance, ensuring effective water and chemical management, and implementing new process initiatives to minimize total solids (TS) loss. I also perform traceability reviews for customer complaints, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions to prevent process deviations.Additionally, I handle batch verification for mix preparation, raw and packaging material validation, and actively support SOP updation and implementation to reflect process changes and regulatory requirements. I contribute to CCM reviews and assist in updating SAP systems based on study outcomes to improve data accuracy and process transparency.Through data-driven audits, SOP standardization, and cross-functional collaboration, I work towards achieving quality enhancement, process optimization, and sustainable performance across all production units.
