Primary Data Management (DM) contact (Lead DM role) and/or contributor for assigned clinical projects, ensuring that there is back-up, continuity, responsiveness, and that tasks are performed in a timely manner. Accountable for all project deliverables for assigned projects. Co-ordinates activities and deliverables of all project conduct partners and proactively identifies and manage issues. Serves as primary DM contact for assigned therapeutic areas to interact with clinical counterparts for overall project planning and issue resolution. Projects, allocates and prioritizes DM resources within the assigned therapeutic projects. Supervises direct DM reports for planning and managing all relevant DM activities within the assigned therapeutic areas for timely and quality deliverables and within the budget. Mentor junior data mangers for skill set advancement. If required, leads and performs clinical data management tasks for studies. Provide input into timelines. Ensure that clinical data management deadlines are met with quality. assess resource needs for assigned projects, as needed. Independently prepares, co-ordinates and presents project material at internal and external meetings. Prepare project management reports for clients and management. Implements resource strategies to achieve project goals.
