WORK HISTORY
Undergraduate Researcher - Cardiovascular Fluid Mechanics (Cfm) Lab @The Wallace H. Coulter Department Of Biomedical Engineering At Georgia Tech And Emory University
Atlanta, GA, US
Analyzed over 30 pediatric cardiovascular CT scans using Mimics and MATLAB to quantify shunt-to-artery angles and evaluate thrombosis risk following mBTTS implantation. To streamline this process, I developed a batch-processing MATLAB script that improved multi-patient vector analysis efficiency by 90%. I also created 3D-printed anatomical models for spatial validation and future benchtop flow studies, while processing segmented geometries in Geomagic Wrap and running hemodynamic simulations in ANSYS Fluent to visualize shear stress and identify thrombogenic regions.
