As a Project Management Intern, I collaborated with the Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Project Executive to oversee various aspects of construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout. My role involved: Project Coordination & Documentation: Maintained document control for multiple high-value projects, ensuring compliance and organization. Drafting & Closeout Support: Assisted in finalizing valve tag charts and project closeout lists. Submittals & RFIs: Contributed to the preparation of submittals, RFIs, and job order contract progress tracking. Multi-Million Dollar Projects: Supported the execution of key infrastructure projects, including those under:NYC Department of Environmental Protection (BWT) – Managed contracts totaling over $127M.NYC School Construction Authority (SCA) – Assisted in school renovation projects worth $7.44M.Throughout my internship, I honed analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, while working in a fast-paced, high-impact project environment. This experience strengthened my project lifecycle management, stakeholder coordination, and construction administration expertise.
