October 2022 to February 2023- Handling real time Escalation calls for 6 months. Making RCA of social media escalations try to resolve issues of potential and ideal sellers and customers. March 2023 to July 2024- Handled the NHT batches as a floor support and made POA for the BQ associates. Quality Executive(TATA MOTORS GROUP)- August 2024 and till now. Handling team of 50 people along all the Quality activities such as floor walk, making case studies, quality briefings, making RCA of monthly, quarterly and yearly basis(WBR,MBR, QBR),SLA planner, New quality additives, Quality audits of each employee, Efficacy report entire team,RCA of social media, E-mail and call escalations, Handling ISMS activities and floor decorum and many more. Started a new position as Senior HR executive- TAG - October 2025
