As a business analytics graduate student,I leverage my expertise in technical tools and project management to drive data-driven business solutions. With a Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science and Engineering, I have gained proficiency in various tools and platforms, including Python, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI. During my graduate studies, I have been engaged in a range of research and project work that allowed me to apply my skills in practical contexts. For instance, I conducted exploratory data analysis on a dataset from a non-profit organization using Python to assess client loyalty and sales behaviour. Additionally, I performed data analysis and machine learning modelling using Python to predict customer churn for a leading telecom company, resulting in a predictive model with 89% accuracy. In my previous role as an Assistant Systems Engineer - DevOps at Tata Consultancy Services, I designed and implemented more than 25 complex ETL integrations on the Boomi iPaaS platform using Agile methodologies. I managed the software development life cycle for over 15 projects, ranging from requirements gathering to CICD and support. Furthermore, I integrated five enterprise systems to increase accuracy, reduce errors, and enhance processing speed. Through my work, I was able to resolve more than 600 integration-related issues through ServiceNow. As an Operations Intern, I used Jira to manage the delivery of 18 projects, improving project management decision-making.
