Currently working in the Global Corporate Development and M&A team of Randstad, involved in the inorganic growth strategy of the group. Previously was part of the Debt and Special Situations team (formerly called Turnaround and Restructuring Strategy) within EY\'s Strategy and Transactions division. Worked in multiple Financial Restructuring, Debt raising, and Cash flow monitoring assignments.Previously worked in the M&A team of Natural Resources Group (which covers the chemicals, mining and Oil & gas industries) for UBS investment bank.I\'ve qualified my CA Final group 1 and have completed Masters in Business Administration from ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad. Previously, I\'ve had 3 years experience in the field of Audit and Assurance services from M/s M. Anandam & Co, Chartered Accountants, Hyderabad. My Summer Internship project during MBA involved designing of a Standard Operating Procedure for accounting of transactions throughout the country in Apollo Health and Lifestyle to ensure error free, streamlined accounting process by designing an indigenous developed software. Also interned in the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP & A) department as a financial analyst.My technical interests are in the Investment Banking field especially in Mergers and Acquisitions, Valuations, Corporate Strategy. Other areas like Financial Planning & Analysis, MIS Reporting, Management reporting and Cost Management also intrigue me as they all lead to managing business more efficiently.My strength is that I strive to deliver the highest quality in any work I take up.
