Role Overview:Responsible for the overall management of the Solar Projects & O&M department, including planning, execution, operations, team leadership, client coordination, design involvement, and performance optimization. Ensures efficient delivery of all solar projects and O&M services through close supervision of processes, proactive stakeholder engagement, and strategic coordination with internal departments and clients.Key Roles & Responsibilities:Department & Team Leadership• Lead and manage the entire Solar Projects & O&M team, ensuring clarity of roles, efficient resource deployment, and accountability across functions.• Allocate tasks, set priorities, and monitor individual/team KPIs to ensure delivery excellence.• Provide guidance, training, and performance reviews to enhance team capability and motivation.• Foster a culture of safety, discipline, ownership, and continuous improvement.Project Execution Oversight• Oversee end-to-end project implementation—from kickoff to commissioning.• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality and design standards.• Conduct regular reviews of site progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.O&M Performance Monitoring• Manage the performance of all operational sites, ensuring maximum generation and system uptime.• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance practices and reduce downtime through structured response mechanisms.• Continuously track PR, CUF, and other KPIs to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.Design & Engineering Involvement• Actively contribute to the review and validation of project designs, drawings, and technical documentation.• Ensure design compatibility with site conditions and system yield expectations.• Finalize and validate Bill of Materials (BOM) for accuracy, cost-efficiency, and quality.
