ABOUT SONIA ROSARIO
My career spans entrepreneurship, people, and culture, design thinking, and business operations. Embedded throughout are the principles of organizational development, servant leadership, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Highlights include setting up systems for operations, people, and culture at a media start-up (Hello Sunshine). The company was sold for $900M. For Home Vision Entertainment I launched a new division with staffing and operations, adding $5M in revenues before the company was acquired 36 months later. Design thinking, and thought leadership have been central to all my work, including the national television series (The Puzzle Place, 64 episodes and Between the Lions, 24 episodes) I shepherded through from ideation to broadcast, winning numerous awards and twice nominated for an Emmy. Throughout, Organizational Development, People and Culture have been strategically linked in everything I do.
