My daily practice includes working with and guiding students in their degree progress and planning. I assist them by planning for study abroad opportunities, programs within McCombs, and professional degree exploration. I advise a large, diverse population, including 50 McCombs Success Scholars program students. I lead internal transfer initiatives by co-facilitating information sessions, organizing and distributing crucial information, leading the welcome session, and facilitating advising appointments. I assist with youth initiatives in the office and am an active directorate member of the Academic Counselors Association.
