You can refer accounts to approved Planet Home Lending attorneys to initiate and foreclose within established foreclosure timelines through conveyance. Monitor attorney progress during the foreclosure process, instruct the attorney on activities to complete actions, facilitate timely doc execution, and invoice processing. Maintain foreclosure workstation tracking and coding, timely reporting of foreclosure milestones, and obtaining approvals as needed from the investors or agencies. Uphold state and regulatory compliance, prohibiting dual tracking, other foreclosure holds, and responding to complaints. Knowledge of investor requirements to ensure the foreclosure actions are in full compliance with requirements. Utilizing Planet Home Lending-approved attorneys to defend, resolve, and/or settle any counterclaims/defenses made by the mortgagors or third parties.
