Steve Lundin II is the founder and CEO of Stossi Capital, a private real estate investment company headquartered in the Phoenix suburb of Gilbert, Arizona. In his role as the CEO, he helps his network of investors divest underperforming assets and reinvest into markets that better meet their goals. For nine years, Steve has served as an active duty Marine Corps officer; attaining the rank of Captain and holding the primary military occupational specialty of Logistics. He has extensive experience in logistics operations, team leadership, and project management at the tactical and operational levels of the military. Additionally, he spent three years as the Officer Selection Officer in Arizona where he qualified and trained future leaders in the Marine Corps through the Platoon Leaders Class and Officer Candidates Course. He has numerous personal awards and is the recipient of the Expeditionary Warfare School’s (EWS) Major Walter M. Murphy Memorial Award for Leadership in Logistics. He also received the Major General John A. Lejeune writing award as a student at EWS. Steven holds a BA from San Diego State University in International Security and Conflict Resolution, and a MBA from Grand Canyon University. He a family man with a wife and four children.
