My proficiency in the field of etch and deposition processes along with sound knowledge in UHV systems would bring an added value to your team and see an upward growth in corporate productivity. I’m passionate about the Semiconductor physics, especially about II-VI and materials-based CVD/MBE Thin films. As a research assistant at WVU, I studied the effect of plasma etching in preferential etch Si from SiC to produce Graphene films and 3C-SiC thin film growth using gas source MBE. These both works were published in reputed journals. After availing a job at Lam Research,CA, I worked as both process and product engineer solving various critical issues for key customers and a part of the application winning and defending teams. I would like to be in a team of technical masterminds to provide best in class solutions for customers technical road maps.
