As a Principal Product Designer at League, I lead the design and enhancement of the user experience for our innovative digital health solutions for our various customers. Leveraging a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, I drive the development of intuitive and impactful designs that meet the needs of our healthcare customers and their demographic. My role involves early-stage problem definition, extensive collaboration with internal and external cross-functional teams, and the creation of design artifacts from 0 - 1. With a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences, I ensure our products are not only functional but also engaging and accessible by using research to inform my design decisions; ultimately contributing to an improved experience that we are delivering for our healthcare customers.
