Monitor cargo safety and ensure compliance with regulations during loading and operations. Supervise and monitor mooring operations, ensuring safety at the mooring stations. Documentation and Administration:Prepare and maintain port-related documents, such as port clearance and other paperwork. Handle paperwork related to equipment, including logs of inspections, maintenance, and safety drills. Maintain records of meteorological conditions, voyage details, and any operational issues.
