During my time at Nestaway and its two sister brands- Nestr.ae (a Dubai-based prop-tech) & Helloworld (a co-living and PG accommodation)- Collaborated with Product Managers to identify user pain points and define product requirements- Conducted UX audits of websites and apps to recommend usability improvements and new features- Created wireframes and high-fidelity UI aligned with accessibility and brand standards- Contributed to PRDs and product scope to ensure UX requirements were captured early- Designed customer oriented Marketing landing pages in partnership with Performance Marketing & Digital Marketing teams- Analyzed user behavior using Microsoft Clarity to study user behavior through heatmaps, session recordings, and interaction data, identifying UX issues and design barriers.
