I have began my career in a contract for 6 months as a Customer Service Executive with Amazon Development Centre in the year of 2020 where I used to serve In customers over escalated inbound and outbound calls and then switched to Procure Tech staff Consulting Services as a Case Manager for Amazon DLS process. I have served US based Amazon employees. I was rehired in the month of May, 2022 as a Senior Selling Partner Support Associate in Amazon where I serve the Amazon Sellers for their FBA and MFN and Account issues over email. Currently I am having total 1 year and 9 months of work experience in Customer and Seller Support over calling and Email. I am looking forward to move into a leadership position to upgrade my skills in team management and learn more about the Operational process.
