I am an IT Support and Microsoft 365 Administrator with 2+ years of hands-on experience managing enterprise cloud environments and supporting large user bases. My work focuses on Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, governance, and end-to-end troubleshooting, with an emphasis on reliability, security, and user experience.I have strong experience using PowerShell automation to streamline repetitive administrative tasks, reduce manual effort, and improve response times in day-to-day support operations. I enjoy building practical automation that simplifies workflows and makes systems easier for people to use and manage.With an academic background in Mass Communication, I bring a human-centered perspective to technology. I am particularly interested in how complex technical systems are experienced by end users, and I focus on translating technical issues into clear, actionable explanations that support better adoption and collaboration across teams.Recently, I have been expanding my skills in Artificial Intelligence and agentic AI systems, with a focus on human-centered and responsible applications. I built ScholarScoutAI, an agentic AI prototype using IBM Watsonx Orchestrate, designed to help non-technical and under-resourced learners discover free learning paths and funding opportunities through guided, context-aware interactions. This project reflects my interest in using AI not just for efficiency, but for access, guidance, and inclusion.Looking ahead, I aim to work at the intersection of cloud platforms, intelligent systems, and human-centered AI—building solutions that are technically sound, ethically grounded, and genuinely helpful to the people who use them.
