About Srishti Srivastava
Currently, I am based in Ranchi, working with the United Nations Development Programme as a Project Assistant – Operations. I am involved in the preparation, drafting, and review of various skill development reports and presentations, including RFPs, SOPs, Concept Notes, and Other Documents. Additionally, I provide support for the effective implementation of the Jharkhand Government\'s \"Mukhyamantri Saarthi Yojana,\"assisting with the entire process of skilling lifecycle. I have also coordinated and monitored skill development initiatives and conducted stakeholder consultations to address gaps and promote inclusive participation.Prior to this job, I was working as a Research Officer in the International Institute for Population Sciences, Mumbai and was handling the project- Demography of Polygyny.Areas of Interests- Gender and Reproductive Health, Maternal and Child Health, Evaluation of Demography, Population Ageing, Population and Development
