ABOUT SRISHTI SACHDEVA

I worked as a Module Lead at Sopra Banking Software, where I operated within an Agile Scrum framework, tailoring and improving the software for Instant Payments with Instant Payment Engines of the banking system through CSM (Clearing and Settlement Mechanisms) such as EQUENS, STET for Banks across Europe. I contributed to the definition of both logical and physical specifications for the application using technologies such as Java8, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Multithreading, Spring Batch, GIT, Active MQ, IBM MQ, Kafka, Zookeeper, and Web Service: REST. Before that, I had worked in Nucleus Software\'s core development team having an Agile scrum environment (framework used: Spring and Hibernate).There, I also led a team of eight people for Non-SLI delivery for one of the lines of business of HDFC Bank. I have a Postgraduate Degree in Information Technology Project Management from Canadore College, and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from HMR Institute of Technology and Management. I have strong knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies, and I am an enthusiastic team player and logical thinker. I have good communication and interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, problem solving skills, innovation and decision making skills. I am interested in a challenging Full Stack Development role or Technical Analyst role or Technical Lead role in an Application Development environment, where I can leverage my compliance and full-stack experience, and contribute to the success of the organisation. I am eligible to work in Canada and will not require any sponsorship from the employer in future.
