As a part of my role, I:1. Conduct individual counselling sessions with adolescents and their family members. Therapies used:Cognitive behavioral Therapy, Supportive Psychotherapy, family therapy, Behavioral Modification, Psychoeducation, Art Therapy.2. Conduct psycho-metric assessments for special needs students testing their personality and adaptive behavior skills.3. Conduct workshops, seminars for students, teachers and parents on various topics such asparenting, positivity and mindfulness, building self-esteem, how to establish boundaries, gendersensitivity, stress management, leadership skills to name a few.4. Conduct aptitude tests and provide information regarding various careers, how to study abroad, profile building, and organize career fairs.5. Provide life skill training to students on varied topics.6. An active member of Anti Bullying committee & POCSO committee.7. Taught Psychology to class XII in pandemic years.
