As an EU Vendor Consultant - Premium Beauty at Amazon, I leverage my MBA from IIM Kashipur and my skills in empathy mapping and communication to deliver exceptional customer experience and drive business growth. With almost 3 years of work experience in e-commerce, marketing, and communications, I have contributed to various projects and initiatives that enhanced the catalog quality, improved the vendor engagement, and increased the brand awareness of premium beauty products across the EU market. Previously, I worked as an EU Catalog Specialist II - Hardlines at Amazon, where I managed the end-to-end catalog process for multiple categories and ensured compliance with the EU regulations and standards. I also volunteered as a Marketing and Communications team member at TEDxIIMKashipur, where I helped plan, promote, and execute successful TEDx events that showcased inspiring ideas and stories from diverse speakers. My core competencies include empathy mapping, communication, social media marketing, data analysis, problem-solving, and teamwork.
