This role is pivotal in driving our initiatives, coordinating various projects, and ensuring their successful execution- Prepare regular reports for the IFS executive team and other stakeholders- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including medical professionals, government agencies, and non-governmental organizations- Engage with the community to promote IFS initiatives and gather feedback- Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably within the healthcare or non-profit sector- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines- Proficiency in project management software and tools- Understanding of fertility and reproductive health issues is an asset- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team- Flexible and adaptable to changing project requirements- Passionate about making a positive impact on reproductive health and fertility awareness.
