Actively involved in all phases of recruiting – sourcing, identifying, interviewing, screening, resume formatting, cold calling, resume pipeline management, salary negotiations and closing Responsible to work on Permanent, Contract to Hire, Sub-Contract, Contract positions Involved in executive search operations on job portals like Monster. Well versed with Social networking sites like LinkedIn,Vaideo,Xing. Sourcing the resumes and short-listing candidates for the requirements. Interviewing Tier1/UK & EU Citizen consultants for various requirements according to the Client request. Rate negotiation before short-listing the candidates. Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements. Generate daily reports and update the same.
