Define strategy for the Marketing Engineering team in collaboration with Ad Operations, Brand Operations, Data Science and Analytics teams. Establish partnerships with key stakeholders and liaise with strategic vendors in support of Engineering initiatives- Lead teams of data and software engineers in US and India to build and support data ingestion pipelines (powering Marketing spend and Attribution reporting), 3 automation tools (80% drop in manual effort, 15% CP Lift over last quarter) and a customer-facing website (adopted by 90% stakeholders in 6 months)- Coach team by providing constructive feedback and roadmap towards advancement resulting in 0% attrition on team. Encourage members to build cross-functional relationships for resiliency and improved productivity- Define OKRs and project plans in partnership with Executive leadership. Weekly check-ins to review project health and advocate team’s accomplishments and challenges.
