A Gold Medalist in Structural Engineering from the First COFFEE Crop cultivated city of India, Chikkamagaluru. Proud son of a Civil Engineer, who served for more than 3 decades in the field of Residential and Commercial RCC building construction. I have Structural engineering design experience (RCC Structures) for more than a decade. Initially was working as a Assistant Professor in Civil Engineering department for about 3.5 years, I built my Structural Design and Construction consultancy services. I am the Co founder and Technical head at Manidhay Business Services which started during the year 2018 in a small town, Chickmagaluru. We started with our service in the Aerated Concrete Readymade Wall panel installation. Our head office is at Chickmagaluru and a branch at Bangalore providing business services globally. In 2019 after a major knowledge explosion, it was decided to provide a full time One point service in all wings of Civil Engineering. We provide Architectural, Structural, Construction, Financial Assistance, Plumbing, Interior Design, and many more services under one roof. We at Manidhay Business services, provide services from site selection till try key projects. Its common for a client to run behind the number of technical people like architect, structural designer, building licensing, civil engineer, interior designer, and the list goes on. To make it easy for clients we are providing a One Point Solution for all Civil Engineering Services. We are constantly upgrading our services in a shorter time to grow globally. With a young energetic team, we manifest service on time to keep up the schedule of the project. Respecting the value of time as money, we make most of our meetings online with clients for updates and solve issues. Specially we provide support to Insurance surveyors for finding out causes of damage and give detailed report along with estimation to repair or rebuild the structure. We also provide Immovable property valuation report for Banks for funding projects.
