ABOUT SRIRAMANUJ PRABHU
I’m a Mechanical Engineer passionate about solving real-world engineering challenges through simulation and optimization. My journey with Altair began as an intern, where I learned the fundamentals of HyperMesh and OptiStruct, supporting the global technical team in addressing user challenges and understanding solver behavior.As I transitioned into an Associate Project Engineer, I started working directly with customers — understanding their requirements, conducting discussions, and ensuring effective simulation-driven solutions. This phase strengthened my technical foundation and communication skills while bridging the gap between engineering problems and simulation technologies.Currently, as an Application Engineer, I focus on benchmarking activities, technical trainings, and customer enablement across Linear and Nonlinear structural analysis domains. I’m also involved in technical writing, delivering demos, and presenting at seminars, helping drive the adoption of simulation tools in production environments.Driven by curiosity and collaboration, I aim to make simulation simpler, smarter, and more impactful for every engineer.
