Sriram is a transformational business leader with over 28 years in the realm of technology consulting. His extensive journey has spanned diverse roles encompassing consulting, practice and delivery management, advisory-led sales, and P&L management, across the global landscape of the US, EMEA, and APAC. Through his journey, he has led business strategy execution and growth agenda and has overseen business units with yearly revenue ranging up to $750 million.Sriram has rich experience in steering enterprise-level digital and cloud transformation programs particularly in ERP, Supply Chain and HCM. His expertise spans across leading Enterprise platform ecosystems such as Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, Workday, and niche product suite.Notably, he orchestrated the acquisition (M&A) and seamless integration of two cloud SaaS boutique firms and his extensive expertise extends to unlocking value from M&A endeavors, business integration, and the management of integrated digital business to scale. He has been an executive advisor for these boutique firm in leading transformative changes within the enterprise.In his current role as Senior Vice President in Cognizant, Sriram serves as EPS Leader for APJ across SAP, Workday, Oracle and EI & DPA platforms and also leads the markets and business transformation for Workday Practice.Prior to this, Sriram was the Global Delivery & BU Head for Enterprise Integration and Process Automation practice. This role encompasses critical domains such as cloud-native integration, IPAAS/API economy and low-code/no-code platforms that underpin transformative digital and AI programs.Sriram\'s journey at Cognizant includes contributions, such as leading the M&A integration of a prominent Workday Boutique company. In a prior capacity, he led the Global Oracle Cloud Practice, guiding clients through comprehensive cloud transformations and adeptly managed the business integration of an Oracle Cloud boutique company.Prior to his tenure at Cognizant, Sriram played the role of a Practice Manager at Infosys, where he led the Oracle Practice for the Retail Segment globally across the enterprise value chain. He also has experience in leading HCM/ WFM Practice.Sriram is a passionate advocate for cultivating high-performance teams, driven by fostering clarity of purpose, enhancing collaboration, and establishing trust.Sriram’s academic foundation includes a master\'s degree in business administration and a bachelor\'s degree in electronics engineering.
