In my current role as Digital Supply Manager for Manufacturing, I am involved in developing the digital interconnects between our manufacturing and supply chain operations to give insightful real-time visibility and predictability. In my last role, I managed the Quality & Compliance team of upto 50 ppl in our Mfg. Plant to support 3 different divisions within Oil n Gas. My biggest challenge was to manage our product and process quality to ISO 9001 (re-certified in 2023), API Q1 (certified for 1st time) and ATEX standards, adhere and comply to CE / UKCA marking regulations. Biggest achievement was to get our product center certified to API Q1 for first time. In my other roles, I have managed supply chain operations (Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Management, Warehouse management & Trade control compliance) managing a larger team of ~30-35 highly skilled and enthusiastic supply chain professionals and Global category for Electronics commodities for all SLB.
