Also, helped driving the Financial operations costs down through hyper converged and cloud infrastructure optimization by 20%+- Lead and Implement various strategic initiatives involving infrastructure comprising of Hosted and Cloud- Identify and assist with enterprise Data Security planning and achievement, including architecting and implementing enhanced BCP planning with improved RTO and RPO- Substantial knowledge in managing all Infrastructure services including server (Linux, Solaris and Windows), storage concepts (On-Prem and Cloud), client, data center management (on-prem/hybrid), cloud, network, voice, and IT security- Identifies and develops IT Infrastructure roadmaps and associated budgets- Stablise existing monolithic application for wider adoption- Collaborated with storage vendors and took initiative to replace the existing Storage to increase performance and saved 40% of operating expense- Implementing and enhancing the reliability framework- Established an isolated testing environment for clients. This resulted in additional quality checks in the CI/CD pipeline before deploying to PROD environment- Oversee Automation of daily routines through perl, python, powershell and bash- Defining standards/templates for configuration management and Infrastructure provisioning. Managed via Puppet, terraform and Atlassian suite- Established Change Advisory Board to review/approve any changes going into Infrastructure and Business.
