Played the major role in setting up a holistic Sustainability strategy and decarbonisation roadmap for the organisation, assuring the executive committee through the value generated for the business case. Initiated and Implemented multiple policies that required cross department collaboration and stakeholder active participation.Performed management guidance activities, such as the Climate Risk Assessment which was executed by leading a team of business executives, to understand different risks arising out of climate change and concept of resilience. Embedded sustainability requirements into supplier contracts and developing relationships with other organisations such as RSPB, WWF, WRAPUK, etc to implement projects on farm to help generate secondary income for farmers.Created dashboards and training materials to enhance visibility and tracking of sustainability efforts across departments. Established sustainable business strategy and promoting the right mindset across the organisation. Set up a semi-automated data collection and management system and KPI Matrix linking metrics to reporting using PowerBI. Created guidelines for a sustainable approach for future business decisions.Ensured Re-certification of B-corp status, successfully achieving a B-Corp of 113, the highest for any UK dairy, and securing an EcoVadis Bronze Medal on the first submission and a CDP Score of B which is the highest score an SME can attain.
