I am actively engaged in litigation across multiple forums, including the Delhi District Courts, the Hon’ble Delhi High Court, and tribunals such as the NCLT and NCLAT.I regularly appear before the Delhi District Courts on both the civil and criminal sides, handling a wide range of matters including civil suits, commercial disputes, recovery proceedings, injunction applications, execution matters, criminal trials, bail applications, complaint cases, and cybercrime-related matters. My practice also involves representing clients in cases concerning digital frauds, online offences, and technology-driven disputes.I represent clients before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court in writ petitions, appeals, revisions, and other miscellaneous proceedings across diverse areas of litigation.In addition, I appear before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), dealing with matters relating to corporate disputes, insolvency proceedings, and allied issues under company law.Further, I am involved in handling Special Leave Petitions, writs, and appeals before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India arising from various High Courts across the country.My practice primarily focuses on Civil and Criminal Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Insolvency & Company Law, Cybercrime matters, and Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR).
