I am a seasoned finance professional with over 27 years of rich and diverse experience across India, Middle East, Africa, Turkey and South Asia - a region covering more than 37 countries.I am currently the Global Chief Commercial Officer for Redington Ltd. As part of this, I lead the following for Redington Group across all regions: Global Sales and Business operations including Strategic Procurement Global Sustainability responsible for defining and executing the ESG strategy, including foray into sustainable business models. As an extension of this, I also lead the Corporate Social Responsibilities for the Group.Additionally, I am responsible for Group governance, Ethics & Compliance.In my immediately preceding role as Chief Financial Officer with Redington Gulf for over 22 years, I was instrumental in the growth and expansion of Redington Gulf from revenues of USD 35 million in to USD 4.2 billion by 2022.I am very focused on strategic objectives and outcomes, and am an authentic & inspiring leader who leads by example. I adopt an inclusive approach and encourage active participation of team members to create a sense of shared purpose leading to better execution and results.
