Updated - My current role since 2021 is in Transforming our Lead to Agreement processes and building capabilities around our Sales and Product Management processes. A Seasoned Leader having played multiple roles in Singapore, UK and India over two decades. My previous work included multiple roles in the Global Service Centre (along with a strong Leadership team) over 15 years creating world class capabilities across India, Philippines and China. At Maersk, we are transforming at scale. I had the pleasure of leading the transformation of our GSC - finding our true North. We call it our \'Lighthouse\' that aims being truly customer centric, focused on outcomes including a radical culture transformation. My passion is also Philanthropy which I have pursued over a decade. I believe that everyone on this Planet earth should have equal opportunity to education, earn a livelihood and a minimum quality of life. I wake up every day thinking that ‘I can change the world and there is so much more to learn’.
