As a Principal Software Engineering Manager at Microsoft, I have more than two decades of hands on experience in the data storage domain, both in the cloud and on-premise systems. I am passionate about building innovative and scalable solutions that provide the best cloud storage in the cloud.I lead the Azure Files group in India, which I built from the ground up, and manage multiple teams and managers towards our business goals. I have strong expertise in product design, development, test, program management, and engineering leadership. Some of the other products I have contributed to include Azure File Sync, Azure Blob Storage, Windows Server and Azure Backup. I also have extensive knowledge of file storage technologies, distributed storage systems, backup and replication software and on-premises storage technologies such as NTFS, VSS, deduplication, and many more.
