About Sripathi Sureban
I am a passionate drug discovery scientist with over 20 years of experience in developing targeted therapies to treat life-threatening diseases, including cancer, hematological disorders, and ophthalmological conditions. I specialize in identifying and characterizing therapeutic targets and have successfully developed innovative drug products such as siRNAs, monoclonal antibodies, CAR-T therapies, D-peptides, and small molecule inhibitors to treat GI cancers. My expertise lies in advancing drug candidates from discovery through IND-enabling studies to First-in-Human (FIH) clinical trials, with a strong focus on preclinical Pharmacokinetic/Pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) analyses and FIH dose prediction. I am committed to bridging the gap between cutting-edge research and impactful clinical solutions that improve patient outcomes. In addition to my professional work, I am passionate about mentoring aspiring researchers and enjoy playing cricket in my free time.Publications:
