Managing and mentoring a team along with processing supplier invoices,preparing report on teams performance, ensuring to meet agreedSLA\'s/KPI\'s & activities are performed efficiently and effectively.Working with the Vendor Master team to get the vendor data corrected inthe system.Preparing an Aging Report which involves categorization andsummarization of unpaid supplier invoices comprehensive view debitbalances & Blocked items.Handling month end activities which include- Preparing monthly Paid onTime report & identifying root cause analysis on late payment invoices,closing Run book activities, sending out reports to business for the totalinvoices scanned and worked upon, reconciliations.Reconciliation of AP accounts with subledger & reviewing Balance Sheet.Sending payment advice to suppliers and internal employees of theirinvoice payment/expenses reimbursement.Working on Business Quarterly Business Review Deck and drive the Reviewcalls.Supervise processes to eliminate weak points or bottlenecks in businessoperations along with scheduling appropriate number of employees tocomplete production line tasks.Creating goals, mentoring, coaching and providing opportunities toenhance current skill sets in order to foster/empower an innovative teamenvironment.Handling Customer enquiries email and maintaining the SLA of all thequeries raised.Creating & maintaining SOPs with all the current updates.Working on Dashboard (End user) along with Daily Allocation.Training and handling new joiners and sampling QC of them.Driving Client Calls to raise challenges, lead and document conferencediscussions.Responsible to identify automation and process improvementopportunities.
