For TIAA Financial Services (Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America) Client • Leading Onshore & Offshore QA teams and daily/Weekly task allocation • Leading Multiple projects in same release cycles (Enterprise Monthly 2 release cycles) • ST and UAT Environments daily health check for Accounting process jobs, UpStreams, DownStreams, MQFTE file transfer, Autosys jobs and MQ message process • Ensuring Star to Pace SOD/Intraday/EOD process completion, Confirm that the systems are working as expected, Identify and resolve discrepancies, if there are any, determine the readiness of the systems for cut-over to live operations, Analysis of requirements and design documents, test planning, effort estimation, test plan, test scripting, test execution, test reporting. • Running project scrum meetings and defect triage calls, Active participation on cross functional teams, interacting with development, business units, Co-ordinate with different teams to plan and execute regression test cycle, Co-ordinate release activities & provide QA signoffs, Maximize testing efficiency through risk and gap analysis, Identification, reporting and tracking defects in testing cycles • Working with Business Teams across the LOB’s in UAT Phase and Post Prod validations • Maintaining integrity and traceability of testing artifacts, Utilization of testing tools to develop/maintain automation routines and macros to expedite software testing • Leading Multiple projects in same release cycles (Enterprise Monthly 2 release cycles) • Executing SharePoint workflows/jobs to load SharePoint lists from multiple sources • Active participation on cross functional teams, interacting with development, business units • Research & Analysis of TIAA Business cases for RPA BOTS implementation and ROI Estimations, Co-ordinate release activities. • Working as SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Inbound Interfaces, SharePoint Cloud migration ( MS o360) Automations.
